Tenyards Agentic Business Suite

Enterprise software that runs the business, not just records it.

Three products — Autonomous Enterprise, Agentic CRM and Agentic Ecommerce — on one proprietary platform. Your teams own the business outcome. Tenyards Spike owns the AI engineering underneath it, so nobody in your building has to become a model infrastructure team.

Most enterprises that set out to buy AI end up funding a platform programme. The suite is the other way round: the platform already exists, so the work starts at the outcome.

The platform tax

Model routing, evaluation, memory, retrieval, schedulers, guardrails, audit. None of it is your business, and all of it has to exist before the first outcome arrives.

The integration tax

Every model generation arrives with a new interface. Teams that wired themselves to one vendor rebuild instead of benefiting.

The trust tax

Without shaped authority, evidence and approvals, nothing an agent proposes can be allowed near a ledger, a customer or a price.

01 · Platform — Tenyards Spike

The AI platform you never have to build, staff or replace.

Spike is our own platform — the agent runtime, data plane and governance the three products share. It takes the latest models the market produces and puts them to work behind a stable contract, so a new model generation is an upgrade rather than a project.

Outcome first, infrastructure never

You describe the business outcome. Spike supplies the agents, the memory, the data plane, the schedulers, the connectors and the guardrails — already built, already operated.

The best model in the market, routed

Models are probed against the relay before anything is routed to them, and a fallback is visible rather than silent. When a stronger generation ships — Jev included — the suite inherits it without a migration programme.

Declared, not clicked together

Agents, routines, schemas and connector claims are declared configuration under version control. Changes are reviewable, promotable through isolated tiers, and reversible.

Autonomy you can defend

Authority is shaped per action. Evidence, lineage and approvals are appended, never overwritten — so every autonomous decision can be reconstructed months later.

02 · The Suite

Three products. One fabric beneath them.

They are sold separately and they are built to be one system: the same customer, the same stock, the same margin and the same governance, whichever door the business walks in through.

Tenyards Autonomous Enterprise Suite

The ERP that does the work, not just the bookkeeping.

One canonical core for how a business actually runs: the ledger and treasury, procurement to payment, order to cash, inventory and supply, people and scheduling, and the daily operations of every site. The parts that differ by industry — what a product record holds, how a site is organised, which controls apply — are declared configuration, not a fork of the product, so the same core serves retail, distribution and service operations.

Live today across a multi-site retail estate, unattended, inside declared authority.

  • General ledger, treasury, period and control
  • Procure to pay, from requisition to self-healing posting
  • Order to cash, from quotation to fulfilment and billing
  • Inventory and supply: stock, holds, availability, replenishment
  • Master data with declared field sets per business type
  • People, roles, scheduling and labour
  • Site and store operations cockpits
  • Isolated environments with approved release transports

Agents are built into the ERP

Not a chatbot bolted to the side. Every agent reads and writes the same records as the screens do, through the same application boundary, under the same roles, approvals and period locks — so an agent posting an invoice is the ERP posting an invoice, with the same audit trail and the same controls.

Integrated with the systems you already run

Connectors hold the vendor vocabulary at the edge — SAP, Oracle, Dynamics, POS, warehouse, HR, payroll, banking, e-invoicing — and hand the canonical record inward. One agent can work a process that crosses four systems without any of them being rewritten or replaced first.

A special agent, delivered in days

The runtime, the memory, the scheduler, the authority model and the audit already exist. A new agent is a declaration: the job it owns, what it may read, the actions it may take, the value limits, who approves. That is why a process-specific agent goes from conversation to running in simulation in days rather than quarters.

Tenyards Agentic CRM

Customer Data PlatformMarketingCommerce

Customer data, marketing and commerce — one product, not three integrations.

The customer data platform, the marketing engine and the commerce experience run on one fabric: the same identity, the same consent, the same events, the same margin. A segment written while somebody is still in session is addressable by a journey seconds later and changes what the storefront shows them — with no export, no overnight sync and no second copy of the customer to reconcile.

One profile behind all three — and it subscribes to ERP commercial events rather than copying them.

  • Identity resolution, consent and preference across every channel
  • Canonical event and transaction fabric with lineage
  • Structured customer memory and AI segment discovery
  • Propensity, affinity and churn intelligence — evidence-gated
  • Campaign, journey and content orchestration
  • Experiments, holdouts and closed-loop measurement
  • Offers, recommendations and margin-aware decisioning
  • Order, service and post-purchase context in the same profile

Customer Data Platform

Every source lands in one canonical profile: identity resolved, consent enforced at the point of use, events and transactions kept with their lineage and certified against a data contract. The system of record for who the customer is — not a marketing cache that drifts.

Marketing

Segments, journeys, campaigns and content in one place, with experiments and commercial holdouts attached by default. Contact pressure, consent and eligibility are enforced by the platform rather than remembered by a campaign manager, and every send is measured back to the ledger.

Commerce

The same profile decides the offer, the recommendation and the price band, reading live stock and true margin from the Autonomous Enterprise Suite. What marketing promised and what the storefront shows are the same answer, in-session, on any channel.

Tenyards Agentic Ecommerce Suite

Commerce that merchandises, prices and serves itself.

The storefront joins the same fabric instead of guessing at it. Catalogue and content are produced and reviewed by agents, pricing and promotion are bounded by real margin, the shopper is decided on in real time, and service continues the same conversation after checkout — reading live stock and true cost from the Autonomous Enterprise Suite and live customer intelligence from the Agentic CRM.

Same fabric, same governance — no second customer database.

  • Catalogue, content and enrichment at estate scale
  • Margin-aware pricing and promotion policy
  • Real-time on-site decisioning and personalisation
  • Conversational shopping and post-purchase service
  • Order orchestration, fulfilment and returns
  • Shared stock, margin and customer truth across channels

03 · Jev is live

Re-segmented in the aisle, at the till, or before they close the tab.

The Tenyards Customer Data Platform holds the identity, consent and event fabric. Jev — the newest model generation on the market — scores against it while the visit is still happening: as the basket fills, as the items are scanned, as the cart sits open on your online store.

Our engine is fully integrated with Jev today and running online segmentation on live traffic. A visit that changes what somebody is worth, or what they are likely to buy next, produces a new segment inside the same session — and the recommendation that follows is drawn from what you actually hold in stock, priced inside the margin you allow. No feature pipeline to rebuild, no model team to hire, no over-engineering in between.

In the aisle

The basket is still being filled. The segment moves with it, and the colleague app surfaces the two things worth mentioning — not a list printed last month.

At the till

The receipt, the coupon and the loyalty prompt are chosen for the basket in front of the cashier, while the customer is still standing there to accept them.

Before they leave your online store

The session re-segments as it happens, and the storefront re-ranks what it shows — products you actually hold, priced inside the margin you allow, before the tab closes.

  6. Acted onTill prompt · colleague app · storefront

The segment and its recommendation are immediately actionable in the Agentic CRM journey, the store operations cockpit, the colleague app and the storefront — under the consent and contact-pressure policy already in force, and never for a product the business does not want sold.

04 · Segmentation with Jev

Eight everyday decisions, one lane, no free text to parse.

This is what the engine actually does with a customer. Every question below is a typed decision on the Jev lane — a boolean when a condition holds or does not, a choice when exactly one option wins, a score when the answer is a degree — and every answer carries a calibrated probability, so the thresholds that drive the business live in reviewable code rather than in a prompt.

01

One person, not two records

Two contacts, one human being. Each field is judged on its own — which address still replies, which company name carries the legal form, which job title predates a promotion — and the pair gets a verdict with a probability attached.

Verify and escalate: above 90% merges itself, below 55% is rejected, and the uncertain middle goes to a person instead of being guessed at.

A segment is not a rule somebody maintained for three years. It is a question, asked of this record, now.

03

The catalogue is ranked, never invented

Each product is scored on three dimensions — does it meet the need, does it fit the budget, is it to their taste. The model selects from what you actually stock, so it cannot offer a product you do not sell.

The scores are data. Move a weight and the ranking changes instantly, with nothing sent back to the model — which is why merchandisers can tune it and nobody waits.

The offer is chosen — policy has the last word

One choice question ranks every offer the business is willing to make. The model supplies judgment; the code keeps authority. With the account policy no monetary offers switched on, the highest-ranked discount can never be sent however confident the answer is — the best non-monetary option is substituted automatically.

That is the difference between a prompt that asks nicely and a policy that holds.

The pipeline qualified in one pass

Every lead scored on budget, authority, need and timing — four degrees, not one gut feeling. A student writing a dissertation and a VP with a signed-off replacement budget stop looking alike the moment the judgments are typed.

Judgments as reusable data: re-weight what your business cares about and the list re-ranks with no further inference.

A meeting note becomes one bounded step

The rep writes what happened. One choice question picks the single next step from the steps the business allows, a score sets the timing, and three booleans record what the note actually established — decision maker present, budget confirmed, blocker in the way.

Bounded action selection: agency without an agent loop, a tool sandbox or a free-text plan nobody can audit.

The inbound email routed and parameterised

One request answers the routing and everything the handling queue needs to know about it: which team owns it, how urgent it is, whether money is being demanded, whether the relationship is at risk, whether a human must reply.

Routing and its parameters decided together — not four round trips and a regex over the answer.

Nothing leaves without the gate

The message the customer will actually read is checked against four separate release conditions — each judged on its own, because “any serious violation blocks” needs distinct conditions, not one blurry safety score. Any single condition over its threshold stops the send and hands it to a person.

Connect the fabric

Your data, your consent rules, your ledger. The CDP and the canonical kernel take them as they are — no cleansing programme first.

7yds

Run in simulation

Agents work the real business in shadow. You read what they would have done, with the money attached, before anyone grants them a thing.

4yds

Grant bounded authority

Named approvers, per-action limits, automatic stops. Autonomy is earned by evidence, one action shape at a time.

The business runs

Unattended where it is proven, human where it matters. The outcome is measured in your ledger, not in a model scorecard.

Start where it pays

Bring one outcome. We will run it in weeks.

Pick the outcome that hurts — margin leaking through promotions, stock that never settles, a customer base you cannot address in time. We will show it running on your own data, in simulation first, with the arithmetic on screen.
